PROTOJE – In 2011 when he came to the fore, he was just a promise to be a shining light in Roots Rock Reggae which was largely neglected by Jamaica’s youth. Four years later Protoje has not only lived up to that promise, the ‘Who dem a program’ singer is one of the heroes of a robust resurgence in Roots One Drop Reggae with followers around the globe. He now has his third studio album debuting at number one on the Billboard Reggae charts.
