Lisa Danger is a Jamaican roots-rock female singer who was very popular in the late 90s.

No other female reggae artist dominates a stage as does Marva Gillespie. From her debut performance at Selassie I Brothers of the Twelve Tribes of Israel Showcase at Addison Park, Brown’s Town, St. Ann in 1987 where she shared the stage with the unforgettable Burning Spear, Marva G, as she is affectionately known to her many fans has never looked back. Her stage experience includes shows in Trinidad, Tobago, Barbados, Antigua, and The United Kingdom. She demolished the field at Bob Marley’s 2002 birthday fest at Nine Miles, St. Ann. Her song “Dig Up The Farm” warns of impending famine on earth but she likes how the ”man dem a gwaan” who are planting and raising to avoid this catastrophe.

Hopeton Lawrence aka Emperor Mangasha is known for the single “Red Gold & Green” that was popular on the stage show circuit in the late 90s. Mangasha grew up in Westmoreland and attended Manning Hill High School.
Once he graduated, he moved to Kingston and has been doing music since then.
