At their youngest and freshest best, Bongo Herman, Tippa Lee & John Slaughter perform live, 1985, at the launch of the “Reggae Carnival” series of islandwide shows. Tippa Lee started as a duet with John Slaughter in the early 1980s recording for popular artist/producer Ranking Toyan. I am not sure what became of John Slaughter but Tippa Lee continued his successful career when he teamed up with Rappa Robert in the late 1980s.
