Busy Signal talks Arrest In Trinidad

On the weekend of July 4th 2015 Jamaican Dancehall artiste Busy Signal was arrested for failure to pay an outstanding debt of US$37,088 in Trinidad and Tobago. As it turned the outstanding debt is actually a deposit collected by his former management, Juke box records, for a 2013 engagement the artiste failed in the twin island republic.

The “watch out fi dis” performer was reportedly released after signing a consent order to pay US$15,000 and the balance at a later date and was able to fulfill his unrelated assignment that he was Trinidad for when the arrest took place.

Busy is now back in Jamaica and is our guest right now OnStage.
